Are you available to play for outdoor events?
Yes! Over half of the events Olivia has played for have been outside. The harp makes a lovely addition to any setting-indoors or out! Please see below for some specific guidelines regarding temperature and weather.

I see pictures of multiple harps on your site. Do you offer more than one kind of harp for events?
Yes! Olivia has both a concert grand lever and a concert grand pedal harp. She will be happy to assist you in choosing the perfect one for your event.

Do you offer any kinds of duos as part of your services?
Currently, Olivia performs as a soloist at each event. In the near future, she will be offering a harp duo for weddings as well as a vocalist for special songs during events. Stay tuned for updates!

What kind of music can I expect to hear from you?
Trained by professional harpist, instructor, and adjudicator, Candyce Dunham, Olivia has experience in playing music from multiple genres including classical, Celtic, Pop, Country, Theater and show tunes, and sacred.

Are you available to play for long periods of time?
Yes! Olivia has experience in playing for long periods of time. If playing for a multi-hour function, she will take a 10-minute break each hour.

A harp can’t be easy to move. Are you available to travel long distances with it?
Yes. Have harp, will travel!
Olivia is open to traveling outside of Ohio for events. Please send in a contact form and she will reach out with details.

What is your pricing structure?
Events such as weddings, church services, and funerals will be charged a flat event fee. Music for other events (such as private luncheons, tea parties, dinner parties, etc.) will be charged an hourly fee. Additional fees for traveling and/or specially requested music will be added when applicable.Please feel free to reach out to Olivia via text, email, or the contact form for a customized quote for your event!
Policies*
Adverse weather conditions can negatively affect the harp and cause considerable damage. As such, Olivia will be unable to play should it be raining, snowing, etc. Temperature can also contribute to damage on the harp; should the temperature fall below 64 degrees or rise above 87 degrees, Olivia will be unable to play. These scenarios are rarely if ever an issue. Most venues automatically plan for adverse weather conditions and help you plan your event accordingly.
A 50% nonrefundable deposit will be due upon booking with Olivia or 2 months prior to the event, whichever is applicable.
There are two harps available for most events—a concert grand lever harp and a concert grand pedal harp. Don’t worry, Olivia can help you decide which will be best for your event!
If you would like to request a specific song for an event, there will be a $30 fee added to the balance due. *
A transportation fee will be added if travel time exceeds one hour (one direction). For events outside of Ohio, travel arrangements and pricing will be discussed on an individual basis.
*There is no guarantee that your requested song will be available; should that be the case, Olivia will assist in finding an appropriate substitute.
